Our mission is to promote and represent the common interest of property investors and managers to the community. The Whanganui Property Investors Association is committed to educating and supporting others in the techniques, development, ownership and management of investment property.
We encourage all property investors and potential investors to join the Whanganui PIA. Benefits include access to educational forums, seminars and workshops, guidance and advice on the management of properties and an opportunity to network with other like-minded individuals.
The Whanganui PIA is associated to the NZ Property Investors Federation. They are our 'eyes and ears' in the corridors of power lobbying on all investors' behalf to the government and support our role as landlords.
Monthly meetings provide an informal forum to meet and network with other property investors.
